Update - Triton & Cafe Racer Day Sunday 29th June 21/06/2014

Ace Cafe London's annual Triton & Cafe Racer Day is set to be held at the cafe on Sunday 29th June, this year coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the 1964 seaside clashes of the Mods & Rockers!
 
The 59 and Busy Bee clubs, together with the Norvin Section of the Vincent Owners Club (VOC), are attending with stands and displays celebrating clip-ons, rear-sets and swept-backs.
 
Spot prizes are up for grabs for "Best Cafe Racers" throughout the day to include for:
 
Best Triton
Best Classic
Best Modern
Best Harley (this year being the 90th anniversary of London's Kings Road based Warr's HD!)
 
In addition, spend £5 or more over the counter from 10am and receive a raffle ticket to be in with a chance of winning prizes to include:
 
A pair of tickets to attend Triumph Live 2014 (12.7.14)

A pair of tickets to attend Ace Cafe London's Stunt Fest & Streetfighter Show, Wembley (27.7.14)

"Cafe Racers, Speed, Style and Ton Up Culture", a lavishly illustrated 224 page hardback book, by Paul D'Orleans and Michael Lichter, recently published by www.motorbooks.co.uk will be available at the cafe from Sunday 29th June.

Two copies of this publication, which retails at £35, tracing the cafe racer from its origins in the mid twentieth century all the way into modern times, are also up for grabs as raffle prizes on the day.
