Taking place over three days of the second weekend in September and first held in 1994, the 19th annual Ace Cafe Reunion Weekend & Ride With The Rockers celebrates the unique history, culture and style of Ace Cafe London and what it represents. The event acts as a focus in the motorcycling calendar for all those who are not only interested in the Ace Cafe, Ton Up and Rocker heritage, but also for many others who enjoy a weekend full of rock n' roll and fun!

Over the years, Ace Cafe London has forged lasting and strong links to the global motorcycling and rockin' community, which is reflected by the many visitors from overseas, one of the largest contingents being The Continental Run, which starts with a party on Thursday 6th September at Cafe Hubraum in Solingen, Germany, before departing the next morning to cross Holland, Belgium and France, gathering numbers en route to the ferry, arriving at the Ace late Friday afternoon, and culminating in an evening of rock 'n' roll!

The Brighton Burn Up & Ride With The Rockers, has been an integral part of Ace Cafe Reunions since 1996, and is a free, grand day out at the seaside on Brighton's famous seafront road, Madeira Drive. With trade and club stands, stunt displays, live music and special guests, it's an experience not to be missed!

Friday 7th September - Special guest MotoGP legend Freddie Spencer!
Adding to the spectacle of the arrival of the "Continental Run", “Fast Freddie” will arrive at the cafe at around 6-6.30pm on a Michelin Pilot Road 3 liveried Virgin Limobike, which was painted to mark the company’s switch to the ground-breaking Michelin sport touring tyres, which are now fitted to its entire fleet of Yamaha FJR1300s. Michelin will also have its specially-equipped “Fill Up With Air” van at the event offering riders expert advice and the opportunity to have their tyres and tyre pressure checked by Michelin staff. Specialist motorcycle tyre dealer FWR will also be at the event offering special deals on Michelin tyres to mark the 25th anniversary.

On Saturday 8th September, a Cafe Racer & Rockers Ride-Out to London's historic Battersea Park will depart from the cafe at 10.30am, led again this year by the Limited Edition Ace 904S Thruxton Special, returning to the Ace for the 4th annual Cafe Racer Review, which this year includes celebrating both the 59 Club's 50th anniversary as a motorcycle club and the 110th anniversary of Triumph with prizes for the "Best Triumphs" as well as for the "Best Ridden Cafe Racers", "Best Classic Cafe Racer", "Best Modern Cafe Racer", "Best Triumph Cafe Racer" and "Best Harley Cafe Racer".

Prizes include pairs of tickets to attend Round 12, the Finals at Brands Hatch of the 2012 British Superbike Championship and the Triumph Triple Challenge race series and, for the "Best Ridden Flat Tracker", to the Rye House Grand National UK Flat Track Championship Finals as well as pair of tickets to attend the new "Off Road Show" to be held at Kempton Park on Saturday 8th December.

Sponsors for the competitions also include; Lewis Leathers, Red Torpedo, Lucky 13, 19-60, Prison Blues, Delta Music, Veetone Records, Jack Lilley Triumph, Warrs HD, and the NEC Classic Motorbike Show, with awards and prizes being presented on the Ace stage where the 50th anniversary of the release, in 1962 of the evocative and seminal Joe Meek produced track, Telstar, will be celebrated as the soundtrack of cafe racing and the 1960's.

Rachael Clegg will be signing copies of her unique IoM TT 2013 "Milestones" calendar, copies of which Rachael will be presenting to "Best Bikes" winners both at the cafe and at Brighton.

The feisty London Rockin' Rollers who are this year celebrating their 5th anniversary, having been rollin' with the punches since 2007, will be with us again, raising funds for London's Air Ambulance, the cafe's chosen charity on Saturday 8th September.

On Sunday 9th September in Brighton, as well as an array of club, trade stands and live bands, the annual short seafront service and blessing is being kindly undertaken by Father Denis of the 59 Club, which, as well as being a church charity, this year celebrates their 50th anniversary of becoming a motorcycle club, following a visit to the Ace by the late Father Bill Shergold in 1962.

There will also be a "Best Scooter" competition on the seafront with prizes sponsored by Dr Martens with a pair of Cherry Red Vintage 8-eye DM boots and, respectively from the publishers Prestel and Mortons, copies of the A-Z Mod book and the bookazine "Scootering".

Along with the Stunt Shows taking place at Black Rock, the eastern end of Madeira Drive, with three displays scheduled for 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm, starring Lee Bowers, Tim Evans & Alan Jones. New for 2012 will be the presence of  Urbane Dyno together with a wheelie machine for those who want to try out riding on the back wheel and, for the second time, this years Reunion will again host a static Show Up n' Shine "Best Streetfighter" competition, with prizes to include 2 pairs of tickets to attend the BSB Finals at Brands Hatch and a "goodie" pack and subscription courtesy of Streetfighters Magazine.

As part of Battle of Britain Week,  the cafe's chosen charity RAFA will be in attendance and, for your convenience, the charity Riders For Health will be on the seafront with a "helmet park" where you can leave your gear and enjoy the day.
