Dig the Blues on Harley Day! 08/07/2012

With Warr's & Stephen Dale Petit

On Sunday 26th August, two of the most famous names in UK motorcycling - Harley Davidson specialist Warr's of London and Ace Cafe London are coming together to host a festival that combines music and machines with the launch of the celebrated New Blues guitar hero's album "Stephen Dale Petit at High Voltage".
Petit will bring the house down with the same band as featured on the Ace stage at the acclaimed High Voltage Festival of July 2010, with "Pretty Things" Dick Taylor on bass (the instrument he's played only once - with SDP - since his "Rolling Stones" days), Jack Greenwood on drums and the much fancied Laurent Moufflier on harmonica.
The Limited Edition album, recorded defiantly and purposefully in analog, live at the High Voltage Festival by the legendary Ronnie Lane Mobile Studios, is a heavyweight vinyl pressing in a gatefold sleeve, that will never be released as a compact disc!
Future Publishing's new Blues Magazine raved; "This is hands-down just about the greatest live album you'll ever hear".
Classic Rock presents Blues Magazine; "Stephen Dale Petit's At High Voltage is Live at Leeds, Dr Feelgood and 66 Blues Breakers  and visceral garage blues in one direct hit.  The fact that this album is available only on vinyl shows that Stephen Dale Petit, Mark St John and the guys that captured this incredible show on tape know exactly what they've got.  It's too good for digital - if you don't have a record player, buy one."
