Ace Hosts Lloyds Motor Spares 70th Anniversary 21/07/2016

Lloyds started life back in 1946 as ‘Lloyds the Motorcycle People’ in Ealing Road, Wembley. Car components were added soon after, with an initial specialism in the Austin 7, followed by a speedy progression into all makes and models. Founder Wally Lloyd and brother Geoff were well-known locally as riders in the Wembley Lions Speedway team.

Lloyds currently has 9 branches in the North West London and Hertfordshire area and prides itself as suppliers of only premium quality vehicle components. As such they only source from suppliers with OE or OEM credentials.

To celebrate 70 years in business, Lloyds has joined forces with another icon – the Ace Cafe. Known locally and internationally, the cafe is just a short distance from the original Lloyds site, and is located on the North Circular neighbouring the famous ‘Ferodo’ Bridge.

Lloyds will be toasting the milestone with invited customers and suppliers at Ace Cafe London on the regular last Wednesday of each month InCarNation evening of Wednesday 27th July.
